Is it Time once Again after 234 years?

Is this the time to ACT!

Is it now, that we must rise up, force the the Declaration of Independence upon the current form of Government?

It is easy to continue to suffer injustice's heaped upon us by those whom have taken for themselves power's not granted to them by We the People. These are truly dangerous times. Parlous times when those whom have been elected are not voting their constituency.

To quote Thomas Jefferson:
"When the representative body have lost the confidence of their constituents,
when they have notoriously made sale of their most valuable rights, when they
have assumed to themselves powers which the people never put into their
hands, then indeed their continuing in office becomes dangerous."

The next election will tell what direction this 234 year old form of government will take. If the people are still lost and confused at this time by the main stream media and refuse to educate themselves on the matter's that are germain to them and their nation, then we will fail as a nation to survive in our current form.

Current affairs that could cause us the most harm are manufactured internally by the ruling government class and foisted upon us as a blade to pierce our heart's in order to make changes to our society which are not well thought through, again causing us to reform our society again after the fact bloating the size of government and causing a massive shrinking of the very part of our society which in fact power's America and American's to the top of the world both as a people and a form of government.

Everyone talking now wants to be politically correct at the cost of common sense and frugality, at the expense of liberty, at the cost of personal freedom for larger government. This is the peak of which I speak. Whom has lost his sense of self has lost the ability to correctly judge what to do next. We who write in these blogs must remember that this great nation can fail. This is what we must remind everyone else in America of, what we have to continue to remind them of.
Whether you are left or right of the aisle, whether you consider yourself to be 'red' or 'black' or 'brown' or 'white' or even green with purple polka-dots, be sure to see who sponsored each bill...and then see exactly who voted for it. In any case, this is no longer about political or religious affiliations or about social or fiscal ideologies.

It is about freedom, your's and mine. It's about Liberty and Justice. It's about self determination, free will and the right to choose for ourselves.

I submit to you the following quotes as food for thought, is the current government acting to remove from you the right to choose for yourselves.

"Did you really think that we want those laws to be observed?" said Dr. Ferris. "We want them broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against then you'll know that this is not the age for beautiful gestures. We're after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you'd better get wise to it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be enforced nor objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law-breakers and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr Rearden, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with." - "Atlas Shrugged," Ayn Rand, 1957.

"Unjust laws exist: shall we be content to obey them, or shall we endeavor to amend them, and obey them until we have succeeded, or shall we transgress them at once? Men, generally, under such a government as this, think that they ought to wait until they have persuaded the majority to alter them. They think that, if they should resist, the remedy would be worse than the evil. But it is the fault of the government itself that the remedy is worse than the evil. It makes it worse. Why is it not more apt to anticipate and provide for reform? Why does it not cherish its wise minority? Why does it cry and resist before it is hurt? Why does it not encourage its citizens to put out its faults, and do better than it would have them? - Henry David Thoreau, "Resistance to Civil Government." 1849.

Liberalism exists to reform a nation's society so that it protects everyone who fails to be personally responsible for their own actions.

Conservatism exists reminding us all that we are all individually responsible for our acts.

Which group you believe you are part of depends on your sense of self worth.

If you believe your neighbor is suppose to help you then you are a liberal.

If you believe in helping yourself, you are a conservative not a liberal.

"To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it." -Thomas Jefferson, letter to Joseph Milligan, April 6, 1816
