I Am Indivisible! I Am America

     

I have listened for over three years now, from almost every single news show or media outlet, that we the people are the problem, we are to stupid to understand the big things, that we are not educated enough to begin to comprehend the depth of the troubles that face this nation.

It is apparent to me from studying this over the last few years that the case made by the media and news outlets is blatantly false.  I do understand the seriousness of the situation facing our nation today.  I also know who caused these situations to be created in the first place.  I have for a long time now, realized that the main stream media is no longer the 4th estate.  That they have sold their souls.  They have lead the people away from God, the founding fathers, the United States Constitution and the American Way.  That they have help to cement in the minds of the people that they should just lay down and die for the government.  That we should do as we are told, follow the rules, be quiet, don't upset our great leaders (Huhhh?!)

They are openly calling each other communists, and socialist now, more and more everyday.  They are not afraid of us anymore.  They believe they have won the war against us and we are defeated.  That soon we will all become slaves to the government of a now post-constitutional America.  That they don't have to worry anymore about those old fashioned patriots, veterans or real Americans.

They are hoping that you will not wake up in time to save yourselves from what they have planned for you and your future.  They are sure you won't replace them all with new people in the next election.  They are spending every dollar ( our money) on adds on TV and radio to stop you from learning the real truth.  Trying to hide their actions in bill like ObamaCare, SOPA, PIPA, etc., etc...

They will now start taking down websites that speak out against them.  Which could even end up with Americans being taken from their homes, arrested, detained, not charged, not brought before a Judge for a hearing,  indefinitely.   Think of it, the end of free speech, the end of the free internet, the end of prosperity in America forever.  This is what the current occupant of the highest office in the land wants along with the rest of the elite in Washington, for Americans.  Remember there are only 545 members of the core Federal Government.

We elect 1/3rd of them every two years and one of them every four years.  That means we can replace all of them in less than six years.  They can be removed from office in several states constitutions and some not.  This should be looked at by ordinary citizens where they can to correct elections as we see happening in the state of Wisconsin.

Our current President never told anyone what kind of change he was offering us when millions of us in droves elected him to office.  Never in the history of this nation has their been a more divisive and derisive individual elected to the highest office in the land who was never more secretive about his past than the current holder of the office of President.

What do we know about this President?

 

He wants to change our traditions, change our social order, change our economic system, change who is or is not going to benefit from government. 

So let's get to it now.   What is wrong is, we the people have not taken responsibility for electing these corruptible people to high offices in government.  We have not demanded that they return to the U.S. Constitution by exercising our power at the ballot box.  More than that we have failed to understand that every time we get something for nothing that some one else has had that taken from them. 

Government is just like fire,  when watched and tended to properly it serves man well, when it's allowed to grow large it is a horrible and fearful force to survive.  Americans must understand by now that as President Ronald Reagan said, " As government grows, Liberty Contracts."  These days who can argue with that single quote?  Only a Progressive, who despises anyone who doesn't agree with them.  They confuse truth and facts, with lies and deceit.  They choose to condemn others for their failings, without addressing the problems they have created for us.  They meddled in the affairs of other countries and it has resulted in many of the wars we have involved ourselves in over the years past. 

It was not the peoples doings that created the situations in the world that caused all of the current wars since the end of world war II.  It was the growth of government and progressives in that government that allowed these things to come to pass.  Not we the people,  we were to busy spending what we don't have, money that was borrowed, not yet earned, that has taken it's toll on America now.  So what do we as responsible Americans to fix the problems which we have allowed to be created by the baboons in Washington.  We re-elect them to office repeatedly.  Dumb, Huh!

Now we see the fruit of this kind of lacidaisicle attention to the fire.  It has grown so large it, the government now thinks it is strong enough to force us to submit to it's abuses.  It legislates to long and too much, It spends what it doesn't have, it continues to borrow on our good name, "We the People", and now even openly declares it doesn't have to follow the rules of the Constitution because they can do anything they want to us and we will accept it.  The new ruling autocracy, elitists in government have lost touch with what we really think of them.  They no longer care what we think.  They are going to do what they want and the heck with all of  "We the People".  They believe they have real freedom and we don't.  That they are the reason we feel free.  That we should praise them for all they have done for us.  WHAT! 

This is where they have proved they are no longer needed in Washington.  They need to be fired by "We The People".  Replaced by common citizens without real advanced educations and show them how it is really supposed to be done.  With out all the money, power and concentrated in Washington DC, and returned to the people the government could take a break and actually go home for a large part of the year.  Instead of staying up late at night to pass laws or bills in the dark of the night, behind closed doors and without the knowledge of the people to hinder their passage. 

They have made the case for their removal from office completely.  So why deal with the office of President when we really need to replace all of Washington DC's Federal Government of 535 people.  Also remind the Supreme Court Justice's that their continued tenure will depend on their continued good behavior.  That means if they fail to rescue themselves on cases that they were previously involved in they should be impeached by the legislature immediately.  This will also extend to the lower federal courts and their existing judges. 

All those laws and regulations created by someone who may never have been elect able would be done away with in a single stroke of the pens in every house of government.

Now this will seem radical to many, but it is simply dealing with the lies repeated thousands of times over the last 45 years,  by exposing them to the light of truth.  None of the laws passed has helped anyone American over the last 45 years.  None of the regulations have helped anyone American over the last 45 years.  None of the social programs have every helped any one American over the last 45 years.  They have only spent more money which has been taken from those who work to give to those who won't. 

What has happened is that many existing families have adopted the new government norms and will suffer when the truth is exposed and their free money stops coming in the mail.  Those who live off the teat will suffer more than the rest of us as we have the ability to continue working to survive what is coming in the near term. 

The Government will say they can save us, A lie which has long been used to quiet us.  But the truth is they can't.  So many will suffer and cry out for the government to do some thing, any thing to help them.  Just remember what happened with Katrina, and with last years east coast hurricane. 

Their are things the government can do and should do, and far more things it should not do.  Taking from those who work to give to those who won't is just flatly wrong.  It is theft!  Plain and simple!

I would like to remind you all that extremism in the pursuit of liberty is not a vice, nor is it a crime!  The government can not grant any rights, those are given by God, not men.  It doesn't matter who that man is, he can not create any rights, only private privilges that are granted to special interest groups.  that is divisive!  I will not continue to allow any politician to believe he has his kind of power.  Neither should YOU.

Mother's, the American families history makers

I spent my day reliving a day in my distant past.  Remembering how it was 45 years ago at home in Wisconsin.  The cold winter days and nights with snow covering the ground and the wind blowing outside moving the light snow around.  I had just finished shoveling the driveway and the sidewalks around our house so that my father would be able to get the car up the driveway into the garage when he came home.  Working on my home work from school and planning what I would do when the weekend came.  Simple times and busy times for me as a young boy.  Simpler times then than now.  Much less to think about, worry about and much less work than today.

Back then the most I had to worry about was homework and when I would finish with the paper route and get my route money turned in to get the next comic book from the Pharmacy.  It was right next to the Town & Country Grocery store which we shopped at each week. 

Then as it is now I go to the store each week, remembering what was and looking at what is now.  No longer does the government use the prices of milk, eggs, and bacon to gauge the cost of living or inflation created by a government out of control with spending.  Nor do they bother with the cost of a gallon of gas.  They pretend that these things no longer matter, but they do!  It's proof that the political class has lost touch with American families.  Yes the ones that live and suffer under their rule today.

The politicians of today, holding their court in a far away place deciding for us what kind of life we American Families should be entitled too.  The politicians who claim they are fighting for the families of America.  They look down at us and say, it's complicated, to complicated for you to understand.  You don't have the needed education, you don't understand that everything and everyone must have an equal opportunity.   That we must all share the burdens equally.  That those whom work hard every day, because we still believe there is a chance to pull this country out of it have to sacrifice more of our hard earnings for the ruling political class to shower down upon their selected few, our earnings taken from us by the power of a government we willing elected.  Now as the end draws near, and grip tightens around the life blood of the American Family.  The political class has positioned themselves to be our saviors once again.  Now they will borrow us American Families in Slavery so they can get rich. 

This is the way history has destroyed great nations for thousands of years.  The worst of the bunch learns to lie convincingly to gain power and take from those who are the real producers of the nation, then sell them out to their enemies.   History has shown us this is what happens when a nation fall from the grace of God.  Every single time, in history that this has happened it was the self centered self anointed in positions of power who destroyed the nation. 

Some nations failed with only a few of the self anointed being killed off while others escaped.  Some times they all were taken by violence as the new radicals took over and killed them all.   Only this country was different,  America.  But now they rear their ugly head at us and say you are no better than any other country.  You can fail as well.

They are the ones currently in power,  telling us they will continue to ignore the United States Constitution, the rule of law, the very foundations of this nation be dammed!

This is what we have elected to rule over us.  Seditionist, Terrorists, Tyrants and thieves.  This is what happens when we loose our way, forget our traditions, ignore all the affronts to the common decency that made this country great. 

Along time again we were told.  All that need to happen for evil to win is for a good men to do nothing. 

We have watched them take our dignity, take our sense of honor, our self respect and our respect for our neighbors from us.  Pitting us one against the other since 1964.  Some of us today we not even alive when it started and so have no memory of how things were before it all began.  It is lost on today youth who have never tasted the freedom we remember.  Nor the joy we felt as the last bastion of socialism fell, the USSR. years ago.

Some of those in the Federal government today were alive back in 1964, they remember how things were then and could be if only they could be those good men and stop evil from moving even one more step.  If only they could be the good godly men, with real honor and courage today and end this advance of evil across the nation.  But at last, we have seen their courage flail against the advance of progressives who only have mouth pieces to defend them if we the American Families could stand up for them.  We have the ultimate power and the final responsibility in our own despotism.  We must right the course of this nation.  Politicians can only reflect what is wrong with America and we must offer up from the people the solutions needed by selecting of us those who will stand with us holding them up.  In order to heal America, Americans must heal themselves first.

We are being distracted from this by the current political diatribe assaulting our ears every day by the Main Stream Media.  We must first look to ourselves to heal the wounds which have been self afflicted by being soft hearted enough to care for those who care not for anyone else but themselves.  Because we were told it was the right thing to do.  Instead of listening to our fathers who told us that those who were poor, were poor because they chose that lifestyle by failing to act.  That they needed to suffer their decisions in order to learn, that their suffering was self inflicted and they could change that in America any time they wanted.  That the best thing you could do for them was make them uncomfortable in their poverty, so that they would see the error of their ways and change.  This is the part of the lesson we in America have forgotten.  That in order for the poor to save themselves they need to suffer and fail to learn to change themselves.  We did not need to change to help them they needed to change to be like us.  We would show them the way to prosperity by example and they would follow and become successful as well.  

My mother said long ago, show me your friends and I'll show you your future.  She was right as rain then and still today talking to me from her grave..

The Coming Wave.

   I can not say what is driving me to write this article, but I can tell you that
it is important to say it.

I will not bow to a few in a distant place deciding for me what I can do or
not do!

I swear a sacred oath, forfeit my life, my fortunes and my honor, that I shall

live for no other man.  That I will not ask another to live for me.  That these
are the times that try men's souls.   It has been echoed so many times in the
past and yet now, rings so true to every ear that listens for it.

I care not for the current leader of the nation.  It matters not is origin or valid-
ity.  It matters not his ideals.  It matters not his agenda.  His religious beliefs.
Nor any other thing about him.  Only that he has failed.  The lies of the past
and present do not matter as well.  He is only a symptom.  Vexing as we have
seen, noted and heard for ourselves.  His brethren in the seats of power have
also spoken, in action and deeds, acting always against the people en mass,
ignoring millions as simply as you would ignore your neighbors old charcoal
grill in the backyard.  Setting aside hundreds of generations of morality as
simply as you and I flip a light switch today.  A wave of the hand and they
can say that you and I are unimportant while moving to take from us every-
thing generations have worked so hard to pass on to us.

There is simply too much being done in Washington that ought not be done.
There is too much that is dismissed by Washington that is a real part of
America that they have trampled upon, excusing their actions with the
now absolutely irrelevant nausea that is P.C.

Americans are a great people,  the States formed from their principals and
morals and religious mindsets reflect greatness,  the nation as a whole
assembled from the people and the states is a blessed nation by God, or it
would not have grown from it's fledgling size to the greatest nation on
Earth. 

Yet we have a leader who calls us lazy because they the representatives
have taken too much from us by our own inaction and or ignorance of
their bravado.  Patriots abound in this nation.  They have sounded their
voices to no avail.  So what is next?  An election!

People will only change at the precipice, at the pinnacle.  Change is
something most people avoid at all costs.  Now is the time that this
attitude will cause the greatest suffering for all if Americans shrug.

IF ATLAS shrugs, then all is lost.  If divided we become, divided
we will all fall.  They have the cities in their clutches, that is the key
to their victory and our destruction.  Their focus is on the cities not
the rural's.  They know how to turn them against the truth and fill them
with the deceits and lies needed to divide us all and WIN the day for
Marxists and communists alike, living among us and to all those who
don't know history, the worlds or ours.  We could be doomed to fall
from God grace if they have not suffered enough to want the real change
that is needed. 

Have the Cities suffered enough, has the wave of republicans sent to
the lower house of the Congress of the United States helped the cause
of suffering enough to save the country?  I think not.

So be warned a second time.  In the election of 2008, Obama won

585,000 square miles of the country's vote and became President
Elect, where John McCain won 2.87 Million square miles of votes
and lost.  It is in the Cities that the balance must be gauged.

If they fall on the side of Marxism, socialism.  Then we will all
fall as a nation.   This is the heart of the country that the progressives
have fought to control for the last 45 years, And they are winning!

Prepare, knowing the enemy's tactics is a great advantage in the

military.  With politics, it is smeared with words, not actions.

Emotions have roots in every mans, womens, and child's minds
that have been assigned words to describe the feelings we have.

Therefore, I present a few well arranged emotions for your purview:

What is needed in America is a change in opinions, the hearts and minds

of the public. Were is America's Heartland on the future for America?

I can tell you this much for my part, I will not any longer accept either or.
I have changed my vote for the primaries coming up quickly.  I will not
be voting for Romney, nor Huntsman, nor Perry, nor Gingrich, nor Paul.

That's right, I will not vote for those who have a background in progressivism or pacifism. I will by virtue have eliminated most of the GOP candidates right out of the gate.

Some had no chance to start with, like Cain, others have already had their chance like Romney and Gingrich, then some never stood a chance like Huntsman or Perry.  No what was needed to convince me was the actions of the candidates who have been talking about the coming change needed in entitlements.  Yet have watched the current administration take the actions they are undertaking today and spoke out loudly against it.  Bailing every country out that they can with our money and good name without our permission, without even so much as a mother may I, coming out of Washington today. Stepping all over the Constitution every chance they get. Who gets furious at this is real Americans, not phony politicians.

I don't want to hear them tell me how evil the other is anymore, I have seen
that for myself.  I have watched both sides act with impunity attacking the other
and justify it in the name of some twisted principal of the right or the left.

I must decide, from who is left, in the GOP Candidates who will take to

Washington, the WILL, the CHARACTER, the COURAGE of CONVICTION,
the HONOR that is needed to make the changes.  Whether or not it can be
achieved is the question.  So who to choose, M. Bachman, or R. Santorum.

I looked at Newt strongly and he failed, even though I would enjoy very

much watching the old right wing war dog eating B. Obama alive during tele-
vised debates.  We can not afford the luxury of all that fun and entertain-
ment.  So who should I choose? 

I must have a candidate who's primary goal is to save the nation and the
Constitution. Who has the passion, the drive, the determination, the moral
strength needed to survive the fire that is government.  Governing is choosing,
this is the hard part, the nexus.  I chose Michelle Bachman.  For those who don't
agree with me, I can only say the following. 

We cannot afford a repeat of the past.  Those who have already been under

fire have experience that is true.  But what is needed now is NOT an old
savior, NOT someone grounded in the past.  The reason I picked Michelle
Bachman is because she exemplifies what the Tea Party, YES the Tea Party,
believes in for America's future, as do I. 

What I've watched happen is, good men have been smeared, honest men have
fallen, passionate men have been ignored.  It is for us all to remember,
It's FREEDOM Stupid!  That is what matters, from interference in our daily
lives, tyranny from within and without.  Follow the laws of our forefathers,
the United States Constitution.  As it was written, not as it is interpreted.

Small government, less intrusion in the free market system, less rules and
regulations from a small group of people trying to run the lives of everyone
in America.  That must happen,  restore the balance, restore the nations
faith!  Our Constitution is a just and moral instrument only for a nation
that shares the values of our founding fathers.  Christianity!  It must be said
out loud.  It must be echoed from Sea To Shinning Sea!  From every stoop,
door and porch across the nation.  It's values and principals are what made this nation the greatest place on earth to live and will again if adhere'd to.  No more special interest, no more picking winners or losers.  No more invasions into the American family.

The Occupy Phoenix Protesters

The Occupy Phoenix Protesters leave flyers on the ground asking “When should you shoot a Cop?”
I would like to take this publisher on for a second or two.  Some of what is said is true,  but his conclusions and context are at times completely failing to take hold of the real world as he aptly puts it in his flyer.
My Commentary will be in blue, italicized and underlined ,and his commentary from the flyer will remain in black.

When should you shoot a Cop?

That question, even without an answer, makes most "law-abiding taxpayers" go into knee-jerk conniptions.

(Why use the label “law-abiding taxpayers”, because he is labeling the newest bunch of Americans who have joined in with the ideas broadcast by the main stream media.  Trying to cajole us into thinking that we, who still work and pay taxes are conditioned to not shoot looters, thieves and their ilk when we encounter them in our homes or out in public, when someone’s life is threatened with deadly force by some nefarious type.   He is speaking down to us, he believes we are why he is somehow suffering unjustly, because of us.)

The indoctrinated masses all race to see who can be first, and loudest to proclaim that it is NEVER okay to forcibly resist "law enforcement."

(In other words we are mindless followers, when in fact he is the mindless one.)
In doing so, they also inadvertently demonstrate why so much of human history has been plagued by tyranny and oppression.

(He assumes that we are not in America, that we do not act to correct bad laws or bad enforcement of the laws or the actions we take to correct bad laws passed by legislative or executive offices anywhere in the United States ever, really?)

In an ideal word, cops would do nothing except protect people from thieves and attackers, in which case shooting a cop would never be justified.

(I can’t say it any clearer than this, if he’s a bad police officer, we will deal with him and the system that allowed him to rise to level where he could become a tyrant with his police power.)

 In the real world, however, far more injustice, violence, torture, theft, and outright murder has been committed IN THE NAME of "law enforcement," than has been committed in spite of it.  
(Obviously, he has had a hard time, in his life to date to make such a claim.  Most “law-abiding taxpayers”, only encounter the police officers when someone of a nefarious type interacts with us, the average American.)

To get a little perspective, try watching a documentary or two about some of the atrocities committed by the regimes of Stalin, or Lenin, or Chairman Mao, or Hitler, or Pol Pot, or any number of other tyrants in history.

(Again, always using a failed state to compare us to, and communists too. We are not those failed states, of which by the way were always extremist governments, not the type we have and protect and defend.)

 Pause the film when the jackboots are about to herd innocent people into cattle cars, or gun them down as they stand on the edge of a ditch, and THEN ask yourself the question, "When should you shoot a cop?"  Keep in mind, the evils of those regimes were committed in the name of "law enforcement." 

(Again, most of these atrocities were conducted and enforced by extremist in government who seized power away from the people, and this is not America he is using as an example, why not you ask?  Because he can state no historical fact that doesn’t involve radicals and extremist in government using government as a weapon against the people whom it is supposed to protect.)

 And as much as the statement may make people cringe, the history of the human race would have been a lot LESS gruesome if there had been a lot MORE "cop-killers" around to deal with the state mercenaries of those regimes.

(Perhaps he needs to change the phrase “cop-killers” to “radical extremists”, then he would make more sense with his arguments.)

People don't mind when you point out the tyranny that has happened in other countries, but most have a hard time viewing their OWN "country", their OWN "government", and their OWN "law enforcers", in any sort of objective way.

 (I don’t see it that way, we have in the last two years seen the public gather together to question in very large and loud groups, what the government was doing that they did not like or want the government (politicians) to do, and a record breaking election cycle refuting the actions of a far left governing body.)

Having been trained to feel a blind loyalty to the ruling class of the particular piece of dirt they live on (a.k.a. "patriotism"),

(By the way don’t fall for this bland statement, Patriotism is not blind loyalty. In the last two years we have seen both the Democrats and Republicans fail us, and have punished both in elections. For the record, the D’s and R’s don’t mean anything to us anymore if we are true to our principles and values. I see in fact that it is the publisher of this document who is blindly following failed examples in history and trying desperately to convince you that his way is the right way, just like Hitler and all of the other examples he stated above.)

and having been trained to believe that obedience is a virtue, the idea of forcibly resisting "law enforcement " is simply unthinkable to many.  Literally, they can't even THINK about it.  And humanity has suffered horribly because of it.

 (Only in this age can we really see what is happening in real time elsewhere in the world and look on seeing the ravages of radical extremism he is extolling.)

It is a testament to the effectiveness of authoritarian indoctrination that literally billions of people throughout history have begged and screamed and cried in the face of authoritarian injustice and oppression, but only a tiny fraction have ever lifted a finger to actually try to STOP it.

(Again this is a testament that he is suffering in some way and wants you to say it’s okay to believe as he does.  His twisted view of this matter shows he cannot provide an American with any real example from America, only from extremist revolutions of the past, very unlike our own from Great Britain.)

Even when people can recognize tyranny and oppression, they still usually talk about "working within the system"-the same system that is responsible for the tyranny and oppression.  People want to believe that "the system" will, sooner or later, provide justice.
 
( As long as you remember that you are the system here in America, not the politicians, but you the voting American. This is a representative form of Democracy, called a republic, where we all have a voice and the ability to correct a mistake at the polls.  Not using violent, destructive actions or creating discontent between differing types of people like the current Democratic party leaders and Unions are trying to do today in America.)

The last thing they want to consider is that they should "illegally" resist - that if they want to achieve justice, they must become "criminals" and "terrorists," which is what anyone who resists "legal" justice is automatically labeled.

( Strange, Isn’t that what the main stream media and the Democratic party has done to the Tea Party movement in America!  Called them terrorists, criminals, a fake grass roots movement, funded by extremist right wing radicals. What a shame he was not involved in a real grass roots movement like the Tea Party, but that will have to wait until he has finished years of therapy I guess.)

But history shows all too well that those who fight for freedom and justice almost always do so "illegally"- i.e., without the permission of the ruling class.

( Only in violent, radical revolutions such as he is aware of, minus of course our very own revolution parting ways with England to become America.)

If politicians think that they have the right to impose any "law" they want, and cops have the attitude that, as long as it's called "law", they will enforce it, what is there to prevent complete tyranny?   Not the consciences of the "law-makers" or their hired thugs, obviously.  And not any election or petition to the politicians.  When tyrants define what counts as "law", then by definition it is up the "law-breakers" to combat tyranny.

 ( Here he should substitute “radicals in government for “law-makers” and “government regulators” for “hired thugs” as well as “Patriots” for “law-breakers”, but doesn’t because of his twisted view of the world’s history.)

Pick any example of abuse of power, whether it is fascist "war on drugs," the police thuggery that has become so common, the random stops and searches now routinely carried out in the name of "security" (e.g., at airports, "border checkpoints: that aren't even at the border, "sobriety checkpoints," and so on), or anything else.

( Remember now that he is talking about “progressives” or “liberals” here and the acts they passed into law in the last 20 years or so, basically is entire life on earth, but not mine or many other long lived and world traveled Americans.)

 Now ask yourself the uncomfortable question:  If it's wrong for cops to do these things, doesn't that imply that the people have a right to RESIST such actions?
 
( He’s mixing apples and oranges, police officers are not progressives or liberals using the force of government like a gun against you.  They too have the voice as you and I do, to vote out of office those who fear free Americans, and the free market capitalist system will limit their power as the U.S. Constitution does for a good reason...)

Of course, state mercenaries don't take kindly to being resisted, even non-violently.

( Again, mixing apple and oranges. He should substitute state mercenaries with progressives here but does not.)

 If you question their right to detain you, interrogate you, search you, invade your home, and so on, you are very likely to be tasered, physically assaulted, kidnapped, put in a cage, or shot.

( Only progressives and liberals would make the mistake he’s made here.  If you are a violent person you would have this view of the law.  Common law, not private laws which have been legislated into being by the Liberals and Progressives in government today.)

 If a cop decides to treat you like livestock, whether he does it "legally" or not, you will usually have only two options:  submit, or kill the cop.  You can't resist a cop "just a little" and get away with it.   He will always call more of his fellow gang members, until you are subdued or dead.

( Real violence, will result in real violence, epic!  Why not just nuke all of America Dude! Get real, most of the problems we have in America today can be fixed with an educated electorate and a few election cycles, as it has been done here in America for over 235 years now.  It doesn’t require violent revolution.)

Basic logic dictates that you either have an obligation to LET "law enforcers" have their way with you, or you have the right to STOP them from doing so, which will almost always require killing them.
 
( Obviously, not a well-balanced argument for even most criminals in society today, this guy is way out there.  First the government will have to make virtually every man women and child a criminal before it can get this bad unless you are breaking the common law to start with you would never have consider his basic logic…)

(Politely asking fascists to not be fascists has a very poor track record.)  Consider the recent Indiana Supreme Court ruling, which declared that if a cop tries to ILLEGALLY enter your home, it's against the law for you to do anything to stop him.
 
( This is why we cannot allow Progressive’s to gain power in America.  He is misinformed and twisting the argument.  Judges can exert much power in our system of government just a bad politicians can.  He should be upset as would you or me if our home was invaded by the police without proper cause.  I would think that the police would very embarrassed upon discovering the home was not the right one. Help the police so that they can find the real criminals.  The Officer’s I’ve known came back to repair the damage done to gain entry to the homes they have mistakenly entered.  The lesson learned here is know who your voting for when you place someone in an office of government.)

Aside from the patent absurdity of it, since it amounts to giving thugs with badges PERMISSION to "break the law," and makes it a CRIME for you to defend yourself against a CRIMINAL (if he has a badge), consider the logical ramifications of that attitude.

There were once some words written on a piece of parchment (with those words now known as the Fourth Amendment), that said that you have the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures at the hands of "government" agents.

( Again mixing apple and oranges, Yes the Fourth Amendment does provide for as he says, but if you elect the wrong type of people to public office you have a chance to correct it without the radical position he proposes.  National Elections occur every two years, so with in four years you can change over 2/3rds of the 545 representatives.)

 In Indiana today, what could that possibly mean?  The messages from the ruling class is quite clear, and utterly insane.  It amounts to this: "We don't have the right to invade your home without probable cause .... but if we DO, you have no right to stop us, and we have the right to arrest you if you try."

(Now for the big wrap up, let’s attack the system that allows him the freedom to say all these things and incite radical violent revolution in America. He re we go.)

Why not apply that to the rest of the Bill of Rights, while we’re at it?  "You have the right to say what you want but if we use violence to shut you up, you have to let us."  (I can personally attest to the fact that that is the attitude of the U.S. "Department of Justice.") "You have the right to have guns, but if we try to forcibly and illegally disarm you, and you resist, we have the right to kill you." (Ask randy weaver and the Branch Dividians about that one.)  "you have the right to not testify against yourself, but when we coerce you into confessing (and call it a "plea agreement"), you can't do a thing about it."  What good is a "right" - what does the term "right" even mean - if you have an obligation to allow the jackboots to violate your so-called "rights"?  It makes the term absolutely meaningless.

( This is a very angry individual, he has little or no respect for the welfare or lively hoods of others which is easy to read in this last paragraph here.  He wants you to believe all to evil that has taken place is the fault of the Bankers, the Capitalist, the well off in America.  He’s angry that he has not found his special purpose in life that doesn’t include harming others.  He is showing signs of liberalism a mental disorder diagnosed by clinical psychologists.  The problem is he cannot afford the visits to the doctor so instead he has chosen to assault us with his dementia.  I am truly sorry for his condition but can offer him no help but to pray for him.  Of course that would require me to pray and the ACLU refuses to allow it.  So I guess he’s out of luck.)

To be blunt, if you have the right to do "A", it means that if someone tries to STOP you from doing "A" - even if he has a badge and a politician's scribble ("law") on his side -- you have the right to use whatever amount of force is necessary to resist that person.  That’s what it means to have an unalienable right.

( That is not an unalienable right. God gives you your unalienable rights, not man as he is trying to state. You still must obey the laws of men.  If you don’t you will suffer for it, which it appears he has in the past if not now.)

If you have the unalienable right to speak your mind (a la the First Amendment), then you have the right to KILL "government" agents who try to shut you up.  If you have the unalienable right to be armed, then you have the right to KILL "government" agents who try to disarm you.
 
( Again he is trying to tell you that man’s law is higher than Gods law, Thou Shalt Not Kill. He is wrong again.  Not because I believe in God and he doesn’t but because he would incite violence and harm to others which is not his unalienable right.  It’s called murder!  And we punish those who commit this crime in our courts daily.)

If you have the right to not be subjected to unreasonable searches and seizures, then you have the right to KILL "government" agents who try to inflict those on you.

Those who are proud to be "law-abiding" don't like to hear this, and don't like to think about this, but what's the alternative?

(Now that is a simple question that can be answered simply, vote out those who would do you harm, and legislate better laws, common laws, not private laws.  There is a huge difference between these two types of laws.  Research it for yourselves to see why.)

If you do NOT have the right to forcibly resist injustice -- even if the injustice is called the "law" - that logically implies that you have an obligation to allow "government" agents to do absolutely anything they want to you , your home, your family, and so on.
 
(What he is describing is his bad results in a court of law, where he has to present real evidence of a crime committed against him in order to gain relief under the law, common law as it is written in the United States Constitution and the Federalist Papers from our founding fathers.)

Really, there are only two choices: you are a slave, the property of the politicians, without any rights at all, or you have the right to violently resist "government" attempts to oppress you.  There can be no other option.

(Well actually he is right about there are only two choices, but it’s is conclusions about what those choices are.  Yes you can lie down and become a slave to tyranny or die on your feet in opposition, that’s called being a patriot if your defending the weak and infirm,  that is one choice.  The second is to act to cast off a government that does not represent you anymore, and a vehicle created by our founding fathers exists today to accomplish this, it’s called an ELECTION.)

Of course, on a practical level, openly resisting the gang called "government" is usually very hazardous to one's health.
  
(Only if your course is one of violence. Just remember what he said earlier who is the loudest and longest is not always right.  “Small men cast tall shadows, just as the Sun sets on them.”  It’s from Confucius. )

But there is a big difference between obeying for the sake of self-preservation, which is often necessary and rational, and feeling a moral obligation to go along with whatever the ruling class wants to do to you, which in large part to the fact that most people answer "never" to the question of "When should you shoot a cop?"  The correct answer is:  When evil is "legal," become a criminal.
 
(All that is needed is for good men to do nothing for evil to spread, but good men do not let evil pass without acting to stop it.  But I must again disagree with his conclusion.  When power has corrupted the representative body it can be cast off without violence.  Courage is acting even though you fear for your life to defend what is good and right and peaceful, not being filled with hate, as he has indicated in his rhetoric.  That is called being a Hero.  Only through extremism can one achieve a state where "evil is legal".  That has been witnessed in history, which is what he is twisting here, trying to get you to believe that we "Americans", are now extremists of his nature and thus should act out as terrorists within our own country to bring it down.)

When oppression is enacted as "law," become a "law-breaker."  When those violently victimizing the innocent have badges, become a cop-killer.

(Again, apple and oranges being compared.  Question with bold authority, demand answers, and vote with knowledge of whom is offering themselves to publicly serve you as a representative.  Know what you believe in, know good from evil.  Believe in yourself and be self-reliant, and self-sufficient.  This is the point he has not made or learned even yet in his life.  I hope that someday he will know that what he has done here is shown how foolish and foolhardy he has been.)

The next time you hear of a police officer being killed "in the line of duty," take a moment to consider the very real possibility that maybe in that case, the "law enforcer" was the bad guy and the "cop killer" was the good guy.

Having elected like kinds to the highest office’s in the land who wish to use government as force like a weapon to take from those who will not surrender it freely.  They have elected themselves a TYRANNT and want us to help them cause our own downfall.

Our next Presidential Election is our only chance to turn this country back in the right direction.  Too do this it will cost many of us everything we have and some our lives need be, but we cannot lie down in the face of evil, which the publisher of this flyer has demonstrated is rearing its ugly head in America today.

If we have the will, if we stand our ground and vote our values and principals and question with boldness, demanding answers we will be made stronger for it as a nation and as a people.  We will for at least another six generations survive as the greatest Nation on Earth and continue to be Bless by God.  We must remember history to prevent it repetition. 

Our founding fathers provided us with a way to correct our electoral mistakes and we will use it to show the whole world that freedom and liberty are greatest gift that GOD has blessed us with, and will bring the world together as never before.  We can be the shining city on the hill once again, but it will take conviction, boldness and truth.  God Bless America.

Today?

The Common man is vastly different than he views himself. He is confident that he can do what ever is needed to support his family or continue his efforts to support them, even though his job is paying less than it has ever paid before. More is demanded of him by his employer and his family.

His government has done everything in it's power to aid him by giving away his power to negotiate his work conditions and wages by dictating rules in the work place and allowing Unions to represent him instead of him self. They are busy giving away everything they can to stay in power over his own choices and needs to support himself and his family.

It's the same as what was done back when the welfare system was created. It sounded great at the start with a the same grand speeches by the most prominent speakers at the time. Now we see what has happened to the black families in the U.S. Today. The Black man is missing from the family, the church is missing from the list of morals and principals that guide their lives, replaced by government programs that give the Black Americans' Cake and Circisis's. Feed them and entertain them to placate them into inaction against those who have lead them down this road to poverty and disenfranchisement from the American Dream!

Even now we watched as the nation elected a black man as the President of the United States, and yet there is still much division in America. So what happened next says much about what is to come. We as American's have removed from this new President the power of the purse in the next two years of his historic presidency. The first Black President, had a massive advantage during his first two years in office and all the new administration could do is, blame the last man in the office while they in the Congress who were in power two years before started the fall of the economy quietly in the background, not seen by the mass's of American's who only listened to the one sided media coverage.

Now with the White House and the Senate still in the control of the new President, he is struggling badly to show some leadership and solve some of the issues we sent him to Washington D.C. To do in the first place. Now he has squandered his power to solve these problems. He has indeed proved that a fool and his money are soon parted, I say as a pun.

His Democratic party is without any real leadership per say, many senators and congressman are not even going to try to get relected, and why you ask. Look at what the ruling class did! Spent our money foolishly, giving it away to those who didn't need it and leaving us with the bill. They printed more money over the last two years and spent it than every president in history of the United States, and still it did nothing for the average American or his family.

Then they decieded to take the liberty of choice from us by enacting a law that says everyone must pay the government for health care. There is much to be said about it, good and bad alike. I however, look at it like this. Any time someone else decides what your entitled to you will loose. Not just your health but your right to determine whether or not someone in your family has the right to live. In any free market you can decide for yourself. Is it now time finnally to end this form of representation.

We were warned by our founding fathers that any man who wished to hold public office and campaigned for it was not doing it for the good of America, but thinking only of himself. This is what has happened in America over the long period between the founding of this country and today. Now we have to vote only for one or the other party or not be represented by those holding power in the seats of government today.

The moral to take away from this brief discussion is that any man who votes in today's political elections is only voting for those whom he doesn't know anything about and will not learn anything about them until they get in office. This can be a very dangerous method as we have seen in resent elections. Do those who get elected ever represent those whom elected them anymore? I have not seen it in my lifetime, I thought I did once with Ronald Reagan, but that was just a passing phase for America on it's downward trend to today.

Know who it is you are voting for is the lesson of the last few elections. We can no longer choose because of skin color or race, nor can we only elect those presented to us by the two parties with out great concern and questioning. We can not afford to fail this time around.

It has been said, that those who do nothing to preserve freedom will loose it for ourselves and our children. If we loose ourselves, our sense of America, our desire for freedom and our ability to choose for our selves we will fail as a nation and be lost in the hand of a tyrant for many generations.

Our President, is sounding just like the campaign dog that he is, trying to make us believe how well things are going in his presidency and for the nation as a whole.

Who died and made you GOD! Obviously Lincoln and Roosevelt have been dead a long time and you were not even born then, so WHO?



Just whom do you represent? Don't say the poor, downtrodden, broken or sick, you screwed them in Chicago and Illinios and now all of America!



What body of Americans do you represent? Don't tell me it's black Americans, you hate them. They are beneath you and your wife. You only deal with them if you have too. Everything you have done has hurt them in a growing pool of numbers.



Even in our black communities we know that things have gotten worse since you took office, Mr. President. Democrats have always spoken out with a forked tongue when it comes the the “sacred cow” of racial disparagement. The democrats have even lessened the value of the word RACIST, by it's over use with respect to those whom should have known better.



Yet they are the ones dividing the nation on that basis, Why? You ask? Because they need to scare all us black Americans out of our collective skins and get us to vote the Democrats back into office. The Democrats have worked hard to “gerrymander” the major cities in the U.S. into democrat re-election drones. When what we really need to be doing is voting them all out of office. After 40 years of failed democratic rule I don't know even one black American who has made it out of the hood with the governments help! NOT ONE!



So who cares who drove the car off the road , it's a longer history for the democrats at failing to deliver than it ever was for republicans. It's not about the D's and R's in front of the candidates names Mr. President, It's about the principals and values that our father's had and taught us. Oh, I'm sorry (not), that your Dad left you with the white woman, to raise you in a white family and enjoy all the perks that goes with that and all. You didn't stand a chance if you mother and father had stayed together. You know that but you still fight that fight everyday by further destroying the nuclear black family in America every day you continue this Kingship your devoted have given you.



We the voting public have for too long forgotten that even though we might not be interested in politics, it doesn't mean politicians have not been thinking about us in ways we really don't want to believe. Why would any free black man in America want to become a slave to the Central governments demands upon us. Why should we be sold out by the current White House Elite? Why are we in the major cities still voting to put ourselves back into slavery? When I talk to men and women they say they won't be told what to do or where to work, but then vote for those who will do just exactly that to us. We in the hoods just want to be left alone and allowed to sell our crack and mess with the hoes. Just give us the stuff and leave us alone. That is a very powerful message from the hood. We have been programed by the 40 years of democratic progressivism to fail right from the start!



We need to get involved or we'll get our chains back for good and that will include our black children.

What’s happening to Obama’s image?

Well for one it’s being attacked by his own party’s base. Many democrats are speaking out about the current White House’s interactions with valid candidates whom are registered with the party and currently running for office in some districts actively participating in the electoral process and they are trying to coerce them to not run by offering them other positions in the Federal Government. Then trying to cover up their activities by coordinating fake, or otherwise fabricated stories and releasing this to the no longer objective press core to tell the public nothing is going on that is illegal or otherwise untoward. That this, their actions do not constitute a violation of law under any interpretation of any law.

Currently we have at least three events under way to start investigations of illegal actions taken by the current administration that may have impeachment written all over them for the current office holder in the office of President of the United States of America.

One Federal trial of former Governor R. Blagovich. One Rep. Sustak, and now a new one, Colorado Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff said a White House aide offered him a job to drop out of a primary race against Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.). This is staggeringly criminal in it’s scope of interference in the political election process in America. These bribery attempts by the current administration are Chicago pol tics beginners rule book strategy's. To bad they are felony acts under our laws. But let’s just see if we as a people can get justice from a political appointee like Eric Holder? What? You say? Your not going to appoint a special prosecutor to get the bottom of this!

We can easily see that there are wrong doings, but that the current administrations appointees will not act lawfully to uphold our laws in order to preserve their power in politics. A corrupted government body who does not care about equal justice or freedom for all of us is causing it’s own demise. Polling numbers don’t matter too them, they are in power, so they can continue to abuse the system to what ever ends they want. Game the system so that you can stay in power.

The stimulus bill, the huge unused portion of it will be used to create targeted jobs for Unions, not for the general America over the next few months to bolster up Union support for the democratic candidates in weak states now. V.P. J Biden is starting the work efforts now. It’s in the news cycle today. So we taxpayers who are funding the work will know where the tax dollars are being spent. Just on Union workers, it’s not for you regular working class Joe's out there. Just for Unions. Got it!

How long must we endure the hypocrisy's of this current central government regime, you ask? As long as we still have poor people voting for a candidate just because of his skin color. As long as we continue to lie to ourselves and our neighbors about self reliance, thrift and self worth. Instead of doing something about them. We as a self governing people of the world, a Republican form of government will fail.

The intellectual among us are very good at using words to make what they say sound great, except it’s all designed to keep you enthralled and timid in the face of all they are doing that is un-American at it’s very core.

The KISS rule(Keep It Simple Stupid), should work if used to make all those that are not as educated understand what’s going to happen if the next election cycle fails to restore the balance in both houses of the United States Congress.

KISS applied to the following:

TARP has to end, Big money Banks and other Large Business who make bad decisions should be allowed to fail as they have in the past and others buy up whats left and start over making money hand over fist to grow our economy with out spending tax payer dollars to cover up and support stupid business managers.

STIMULUS should be ended. The fancy word Kenyiesain economics only works during a small recession and over a very short period. Stop practicing this failed money laundering program for again stupid business managers.

JOBS for America bill’s. They only waist tax payer dollars, when 150 jobs cost the taxpayer 500 million to make it’s bad economics since we know the jobs being created don’t pay $3.3 Million dollars for the 150 people working. They’ll get just about $60K each of which the government will tax then 39%.

Character matters. If you say your going to do some thing, do it! Stop hiding the truth about what you intend to do from us. In other words, DON”T LIE!
Every program the government takes over cost us waisted taxpayer dollars. Stop, taking over every part of the economy just because some one abused their freedom of choice that you don’t agree with.

Universal Health care: Soon the government will be making all the decisions for you and you will all be trying to figure out what to say to “massa” to get your fair share of the goods to survive. The plantation can only have so many people on it before it collapses of it’s own indulgence to grow it’s self. Too many slaves who are not pulling their own weight will burden the rest causing the plantation to kill off those pesky under producing slaves.

Only two things are constant in the United States of America. Death and Taxes, why is that second one leading to more of the first one? Answer is: ABUSE. I thought abuse was a crime and we were suppose to be punishing the abusers in the courts of law.

ENFORCE the laws on the books: Why have I heard so many current government appointee’s say they refuse to do their job and enforce the laws they swore an oath to uphold is beyond me. These government officials should be removed and criminally tried.

One Nation under God, with liberty and justice for all. How can we be a democracy if no one has to obey any law. How can we continue to be One Nation if we forget who we are and where we came from. The Black founding Father’s are rolling in their graves at what has just happened in Washington over the last 18 months. They would be ashamed of all of us. What did I just say, Oh yeah, There are Black American Founding Fathers as well and white ones. They just don’t teach it in schools anymore. Why?

DIVISION: Progressives divide and conquer, Conservatives rebuild, grow and strengthen communities.

POOR: Why do poor black American families continue to vote progressive(Democrat), they fear the undiscovered country( the future), without government support they will have to work hard to achieve self reliance, it’s easier to do nothing and get something and risk your ass at a chance for real freedom and equality. Some Black Americans have found out the truth and are trying to spread the word. I wish them luck as they are fighting for the lives of their people against all odds, the governments preachers are loud and long winded you know.

All in all, This country has but one chance to save it’s self. It’s called November, a single month in the year 2010. It’s just 151 days away. Only a small part of one year left to save what we cherish most is this country, FREEDOM!

We in my household value our freedom and liberty most. We have seen up close and personally what other countries do to their citizens. Insidious crimes, murder, starvation, deprivation of basic civil rights. Denial by these governments is what sparked our founding fathers to create this nation under God, using all their combined knowledge they still new that we would have to fight to keep this form of government to remain free. It is here, in this land where man is free, that many from all corners of the globe have come and still do every day to escape from the tyrants abroad. So what say you all. Shall we continue to be the last bastion of hope for the world!

Let Freedom Ring, said Doctor Martin Luther King, and I agree with him whole heartily. Let the word go out into the land, to the young and old, to the disenfranchised youth, to the feeble in mind and heart, to all those who are suffering all over the land.
